Denver-based yoga clothing company, be present, is excited to launch a brand new product to its line: the Restore Hoodie. With this product launch, the company has partnered with yoga teacher Bo Forbes and the Arthritis Foundation.
be present has collaborated with Bo Forbes to create this women's top made specifically for restorative yoga. Bo is a yoga teacher, integrative yoga therapist, and clinical psychologist with over 22 years of clinical experience in mind-body healing. She also created the Integrative Yoga Therapeutics method, is the director of the New England School of Integrative Yoga established in 2006, which offers teacher training and online trainings in mind-body yoga therapeutics to yoga students all over the world.
Bo has brought her own perspective to the design process as she worked with be present founder and designer, Amy Lopatin Dobrin. The new hoodie is made from Tencel?, which is an eco-friendly, extremely soft fabric that is produced from wood pulp. The top is long and fitted through the body with a wide v-neck opening and hood. Across the front, the word "restore" is screen printed. This top not only works well for restorative yoga, but can function as a layering piece when settling into savasana at the end of a class or is easy to throw on when leaving a yoga class.
With the launch of the Restore Hoodie, be present and Bo Forbes announce a unique partnership with the Arthritis Foundation, Inc. In an effort to raise awareness about various forms of arthritis and how it affects people of all ages, be present will be donating 25% of all proceeds from the Restore Hoodie to the Foundation. The intersection between yoga and ar women's coats thritis is a topic of great interest to many Arthritis Foundation constituents. This relationship is one that be present, along with Bo Forbes and the Arthritis Foundation hopes will educate and inspire arthritis sufferers about the benefits of yoga.
"I'm so excited to be collaborating with be present and the Arthritis Foundation. My passion and life's work is yoga therapeutics, and we see a lot of people with arthritis whose lives are transformed by the practice of yoga. My goal is to help raise awareness about the benefits of yoga, and particularly restorative yoga, for people with arthritis," said Forbes.
The Restore Hoodie is available for purchase for $71 in various colors at http://www.bepresent.com.
